Sweden’s hip capital of Stockholm is full of cool sights and interesting experiences you won’t want to miss. You’ll find all kinds of museums in Stockholm dedicated to everything from Viking history to alcohol to ABBA. For pretty buildings with plenty of history behind them, head to Gamla Stan, Stockholm’s old town which dates all the way back to the 13th century. Home to some great restaurants and cafes, it’s the perfect spot to grab lunch or dinner while touring the city. A boat ride along the Royal Canals is always a good idea, too, and a great way to see Stockholm from a different vantage point. And if you’re a snap-happy photographer, few sights are as photogenic as Stockholm’s metro stations, each is its own unique art installation, and the city has so many you can easily fill up a day hopping from one to another.

Denmark offers endless discoveries for every kind of traveler, not to mention a wonderful blend of historic charm and cool modern design. The best way to start your day when you visit Denmark is with a Danish pastry from Conditori La Glace, the city’s oldest confectioner’s shop. Afterward, you can visit the colorful quay district of Nyhavn and see where the writer Hans Christian Andersen lived and worked. For a bit of natural beauty and tranquility, take a stroll along the leafy pathways of the Frederiksberg Gardens. Or get your fix of history and culture during the changing of the Royal Guard at the stately Amalienborg palace, home of the Danish royal family.

Overlooking Riddarfjarden Bay, this sleek modern luxury hotel is a 3 minute walk from Stockholm Central Station and an 8 minute walk from Stockholm City Hall.  Day will be at your leisure. Breakfast will be included every day. Airport to hotel transfer included.

Guided boat tour to Stockholm outer archipelago

An amazing journey from the city to the outer archipelago through a very special canal - Stromma Canal. On our way to the outer archipelago the boat will navigate through several passages boarded by lovely archipelago style houses with elaborate woodwork and beautiful gardens. August 7, 2024 We will take the high speed train to Copenhagen in the morning after breakfast.  Train ride will be 5 hours and 3 minutes.

Upon arrival we will check in at our hotel Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel. Rising high above the city skyline, the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Copenhagen affords stunning views of the ancient City Hall, the gilded church towers of Christianshavn and the picturesque coast. The afternoon and evening will be at your leisure. Breakfast will be included every day. Includes transfer from hotel to train station and train station to hotel.

August 8, 2024 Grand Tour Day around Copenhagen 8 hours and 30 minute tour. We will be picked up at our hotel.

It's all castles and cathedrals. Head out of Copenhagen for the day on this guided small-group tour, visiting UNESCO World Heritage-listed Kronborg Castle, the sitting for Shakespeare's Hamlet, and then Frederiksborg Castle, the largest Renaissance-era castle in Scandinavia. After a tour of the fortresses head to stunning Roskilde Cathedral, the burial spot for numerous kings and queens. Finally, finish the tour at the Viking Ship Museum. 

August 9, 2024 Day at your leisure to explore Copenhagen and perhaps Tivoli Gardens
