The country can be roughly divided into three areas – lowlands, Highlands and islands. The lowlands are known for their fertile farmland and thick woodlands, the Highlands for their towering mountains, sweeping moorland and deep lochs, and the islands for their compact wild landscapes, beautiful beaches and far-reaching sea views. We will be visiting all 3 areas on this tour.
Total per person based on 2 people sharing a hotel room $1799.00 per person. Single occupancy $2599.00. Deposit will be $500.00 per person and final payment will be due July 1, 2022.
Rate includes hotels, breakfast every day, one dinner and entry fees to all tourist sites that we will be visiting.
Airfare is not available this far out. I will have air pricing 342 days from the date of return as that is when the airlines will release the rates.

Oct 3 Culloden Battlefield The Battle of Culloden took place on 16th April 1746 and was the final chapter of the Jacobite Uprising, as well as the last pitched battle to be fought on British soil. Your guide will bring the poignant landscape to life in a guided tour of the battlefield.
Clava Cairns Clava Cairns is an exceptionally well-preserved group of prehistoric burial cairns which were built around 4000 years ago. For Outlander fans, this is now viewed by many as the spiritual home of the fictional, ‘Craig na Dun’!
Cawdor Castle You will be presented with an audio guide, which provides an interesting and entertaining overview of each room of the castle.
Oct 4 Isle Of Skye This tour visits the secret Fairy Pools, as well as giving you the opportunity to experience the other highlights of Skye: The Cuillin Mountains; The Old Man of Storr; The Quiraing; Kilt Rock; Portree; plus Eilean Donan Castle and Loch Ness/Urquhart Castle on the way.
Oct 5 The Big Four Tour : Glenfinnan, Glencoe, Loch Ness & Ben Nevis
Explore the highlights of the Scottish Highlands including: the Glenfinnan Viaduct, Glencoe, Ben Nevis and Loch Ness. Watch the "Hogwarts Express" cross Glenfinnan Viaduct Marvel at Ben Nevis, Scotland's highest mountain Experience Glencoe and hear about its tragic history Enjoy the best views of Loch Ness Visit the Commando Memorial.
Oct 6 Orkney Island We will visit the historic town of Dornoch, spot seals at Loch Fleet, visit Carn Liath Broch and get a photo at the iconic John O’Groats sign, which marks the most northerly point in Scotland. After a morning exploring the far North East coast we will take the 1330 ferry over to Orkney. We will experience all of the archipelago's must-see sights (including Skara Brae, The Ring of Brodgar, The Standing Stones of Stenness, Kirkwall and The Italian Chapel.
Oct 7 On our way south to Edinburgh we plan to visit the following sights; Dunrobin Castle is a beautiful stately home which resembles a French chateau and dates back to 1275. We will have an hour to enjoy the castle and will then watch their famous falconry display.
The Highland Folk Museum in Newtonmore gives a fascinating insight into how Highlanders lived in the past. The museum is set in a beautiful 80 acre sight, complete with replica buildings and live actors.
We will arrive in Edinburgh in the late afternoon.

Oct. 10 After breakfast we check out of our hotel and go to the airport for our flights home.
